Wilson Ko, MD
Wilson Ko, MD, F.A.C.S., F.A.A.O. is a board-certified ophthalmologist with more than 25 years of experience. His expertise is specific to cataract (laser femtolaser, multifocal implants), refractive (myopia, astigmatism), and corneal complex/advanced intraocular surgeries, of which he has performed greater than 35,000 procedures.
Dr. Wilson Ko has received foremost training from Columbia University and NYU medical centers. He was chief resident in ophthalmology at Bellevue Hospital (NYC) and completed a Cornea fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital. Currently, he is chief of ophthalmology at NY Flushing Hospital.
He is a recipient of the New York Times Scholar-Athlete Award (full 8 year scholarship), a Rhodes Scholar nominee, and an NCAA Academic All-American. He was on Team USA fencing, Olympic (international) trials, and trained at the NYAC.
