If any patients were to ask me, "would you recommend this clinic/eye care center?" I would say no don't waste your time here. This is because: Yes, I have no doubt in the doctors' knowledge or their ability to treat you. But if you're already ready to spend your time and money to "treat your eyes," go somewhere where they actually value whatever needs you should be accommodated for as a person, or as a customer. I would keep it in simple terms and say doctors' don't know how to manage and they don't let people who knows how to manage have a say. I mean yes, you guys are the boss too but if you're not specialized in HR management, or management in general, allow someone who knows how to do the task perform their specialty. And I'm just going to say Flushing office is not properly managed. If they are already exploiting the employees by not stating your benefits or unclear base salary guidelines or even promotion evaluation guidelines, it is kind of like there aren't any rules put forth since the progressive/ industrial era. You're still overworking the ignorant, or I should say the people who are not yet enlightened. There is minimum pay for a reason, there are employee benefits for a reason. These are your civil rights, not something others have to give you. Another main point is: just think about this, if no one questions things that happen, we might already be under water-- sea level covers most of land-- even before the "sun explodes". Don't just think about what is wrong, what you did wrong, or even why is this wrong, but what can you do to fix, correct, or do better than before. It is when you don’t compare, and you know your self-worth and why you wanted to do something initially that matters. If your end goal is just to enjoy life and be happy, why does status and money matter if you can still survive? But I know everyone has their own moral and/or belief system and even responsibility plays a role in this (whether you want to say something, and risk losing your job and have the whole family to take care of); which I feel is based solely on society and environment, so I can't force it on any one to change. If I'm personally not happy here, it is just best for me to step away and find my happiness and freedom somewhere else. Thank you and bless you if you understand what's going on, I guess the phrase nowadays is iykyk! My name is Jessie Chen, some flushing patients might know me by Jessie or 陈小姐,或者陈姑娘。 read less

Since most ophthalmologists aren’t open on a Saturday I called to ask them if I could come in even though I’m not a patient. They had no openings and squeezed me in anyways. The doctor was extremely nice and helpful. I will be back and recommend to others!! read less
