Joseph Tseng, MD
Joseph Tseng, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his medical degree from Columbia University. After ophthalmology residency at Columbia University, he went on to complete two fellowships, in vitreoretinal surgery at Columbia University and in uveitis and ocular immunology at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
Dr. Tseng treats a wide variety of retinal and inflammatory eye diseases, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, retinal vascular occlusions, macular pucker, macular holes, and uveitis. He remains active in training of other physicians, and was awarded Clinical Teacher of the Year by NYU in 2012-13. He currently serves as Director of Uveitis at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn.
